Job Overview
We are seeking an HR Trainee for an immediate hiring position. This full-time internship role is situated in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will operate at a junior position level. The HR Trainee will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee relations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection and hiring.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless start for new hires, integrating them into the company culture.
- Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain workplace harmony.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal standards, reviewing policies regularly for updates.
- Maintain precise employee records and manage HR databases with high accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff development and enhancement of skills.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Support HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties, providing suitable guidance and information.
