Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a focus on Packing Industry to join our team at Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for packaging materials. This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and expertise in packing design.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on Packing Industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability.
• Knowledge of pharma packaging and designing for packing products.
• Experience in designing carton boxes and packing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design elements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of printing techniques and color management for packaging materials.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for packaging materials, following client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Design and produce innovative packaging solutions for various products, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to understand packaging requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to incorporate new design techniques and concepts.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects, adhering to project deadlines and client expectations.
• Conduct quality checks on packaging designs, including measurements, markings, and layout, to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with printing and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of packaging designs.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects, including design briefs, revisions, and final artwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing design recommendations and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create packaging mock-ups and digital visuals for client presentations and marketing materials.
