Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Apprentice for Quality Management (QM) to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position suited for a fresher with a required work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. Qualifications and Skills

• Quality Management Systems (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in Documentation Control to ensure all necessary documents are properly managed and maintained.
• Basic understanding of Auditing processes to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis to identify the underlying reasons for problems and implement corrective actions.
• An eye for Process Improvement, focusing on enhancing existing company processes to achieve better performance.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance to ensure all processes adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong Data Analysis abilities to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills to tackle challenges and issues that may arise in quality management processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Incoming Inspection of mechanical parts.

First sample inspection of new parts.

Analyzing the reason for any nonconformance related to purchased parts.
