Job Description:
· Receipt of POs, verification of Price, Quantity and Terms and Releasing of Work-Order to the Operations Teams
· follow up with assigned customer and timely placement of order for the repeating products in line with the monthly revenue target ·
Follow up with the Production Planner, obtaining and sharing of the Estimated Date of Dispatch (EDD) with the customers and follow up with the Operations Team to meet those.
· First Level Price Negotiation with the Customers
· Addressing the technical queries (First Level) raised by the NPD Team on the Artworks and Keylines by discussing with the Customers.
· Managing the customers in the case of delay in supplies or short supplies through close coordination with the various operations teams.
· Getting involved with the Production Planner and Production Lead to accommodate the various urgencies for product delivery given by the the Customers
· Dispatch Planning and sending invoices to the customers.
· Payment Collection (Follow Up with the Customers for payments, adjustment details)
· GST Related Matters (Addressing queries from customers through consultation with the Taxation/Finance Teams)
· Managing the initial and in-process communication with customers related to the quality complaints.
· Addressing all general queries from the customers
· Preparation of various Report as and when requested by the Line Manager/Management.
