Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher/Junior Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data scraping, maintaining and organizing sales data, conducting social selling outreach, and generating qualified meetings for management. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in business development and who is eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Scraping & Research: ○ Use various tools and methods to scrape and gather data from multiple sources, including websites, social media platforms, and online databases. ○ Identify, compile, and maintain accurate and up-to-date lists of potential leads and prospects. ○ Continuously update and cleanse the database by removing duplicates, outdated information, and ensuring data integrity.

Data Management: ○ Organize and categorize collected data to create comprehensive and targeted prospect lists. ○ Ensure data is correctly segmented for effective outreach campaigns. ○ Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads, prospects, and their interactions.

Social Selling & Outreach: ○ Conduct social selling activities on platforms like LinkedIn to build relationships with potential clients. ○ Send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to engage prospects and nurture leads. ○ Monitor and engage with relevant content and discussions on social media to identify new business opportunities.


Meeting Generation: ○ Schedule and organize qualified meetings between potential clients and the management team. ○ Follow up with leads to confirm meeting attendance and address any pre-meeting queries. ○ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and preparation for meetings.


Performance Tracking & Reporting: ○ Track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and provide regular updates to the management team. ○ Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in outreach strategies. ○ Contribute to the continuous optimization of data scraping, management, and outreach processes.


Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a business development or related role.


Technical Skills:

● Hands-on experience with MS Excel for data management and reporting.

● Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT and Bard to enhance data scraping and outreach efforts.

● Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.


Communication Skills:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with potential clients through social media

and other channels. 


Other Qualifications:

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

● Eager to learn and grow within the business development and sales domain.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
