Role & responsibilities1. Searching of tenders from tender details & procurement portals and download the eligible tenders.2. Prepare and maintain the tender status workflow sheet.3. Check the PQ, Scope & Payment Terms of each tender.4. Prepare estimation & costing as per the BoQ.5. Prepare PPT & Solution documents as per the scope6. Co-ordinate with OEMs and finalize the OEM.7. First level of negotiation with OEMS.8. Prepare pre-bid queries for new tenders.9. Interact with management for costing & final commercial.10. Prepare & verify the technical bid before submission.11. Interact with the operation team to make solution for the tender scope.
Skills :
- In charge of studying RFP; Scrutinize of eligibility criteria; Preparing- Pre bid queries, Pre- Qualification Documents, Technical Compliances, Datasheets, Solution documents, Commercials and submitting the bid in online/offline.
- Managing the bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP’s
- Matching the suitable product as per Customer / RFP requirement.
- Co-ordination with 3rd party vendors and OEMs
- Clarifying technical queries within the team
- Assigning tasks and projects to the team members
- Giving solution based on Tender RFP details
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Co-ordination of payment collection.
- Preparing SLA ( Service Level Agreement)
