Sales Executive (Field Sales - IT Services )

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their IT service needs
• Present and demonstrate the company's IT services to prospects
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitors' activities
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and network with potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and threats

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
