Job Overview

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and understand their requirements to ensure a successful recruitment process. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and technology skills required for various positions
• Experience with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize workload
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for IT positions in the US
• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
