Job Overview
The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT consultants with clients. They will work closely with the sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills as well as knowledge of the US IT industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in US IT bench sales
- Strong knowledge of US IT industry, including technologies and prime vendors
- Experience working with direct clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Good understanding of visa processes and regulations
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT consultants for bench positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
- Negotiate rates and terms with consultants and clients
- Ensure consultants meet client requirements and deliverables
- Track and report on consultant placements and performance
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
