Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and placing qualified IT professionals on client projects. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, preferably in the US IT market
• Proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network of contacts in the US IT industry
• Familiarity with various sourcing and recruitment techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads for new client accounts through various channels
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the recruitment team
• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals to match them with client projects
• Negotiate and finalize terms of engagement with clients and candidates
• Track and manage candidate pipeline and client accounts in CRM system
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in the IT industry
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team productivity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
