Job Overview
We are seeking a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding qualified IT professionals for contract and ongoing requirements. The role requires mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in IT bench sales. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in IT bench sales.
- Strong understanding of the US IT market and various technologies.
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and handle a diverse range of requirements.
- Experience in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with qualified IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Negotiate compensation packages and complete necessary paperwork.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively address client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
