Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Manager to join our team. As the Bench Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our bench sales division. This includes identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and securing IT contract and staffing opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the US IT market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in bench sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in US IT bench sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the US IT market and current trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and target potential clients in the US IT market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Pitch and sell IT contract and staffing opportunities to clients
  • Manage the bench sales team and ensure targets are met
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their sales goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in bench sales
