Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing bench candidates for our client requirements. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment and have a strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing bench candidates
  • Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry
  • Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source and screen bench candidates for client requirements
  • Maintain a pool of qualified bench candidates to meet the ongoing staffing needs
  • Identify potential job opportunities for bench candidates and actively market them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Negotiate rates with candidates and provide competitive compensation packages
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Assist in onboarding selected candidates
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competition
