As a Recruiter And Bench Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable consultants. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in recruitment or bench sales.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable consultants.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and consultants to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and bench sales.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
