We are seeking a Recruiter And Bench Sales to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter And Bench Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. Qualifications and Skills

- Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in recruitment or bench sales.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable consultants.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and consultants to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and bench sales.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
