Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bench Sales Recruiter Lead to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As the Bench Sales Recruiter Lead, you will be responsible for managing the bench and sales recruitment process, ensuring the availability of qualified and skilled consultants for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, offering mid-level experience candidates an opportunity to showcase their recruitment skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consultants
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT industry and market trends
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end bench and sales recruitment process, including identifying and sourcing qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential consultants
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various projects and client requirements
  • Collaborate with client management and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with consultants to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to budget
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
  • Monitor and track consultant performance and client satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the bench sales recruitment team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
