Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing IT professionals on various bench positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully placing bench candidates in IT organizations
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and job roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle and contract negotiations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Proficient in using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential bench candidates through various sources such as job portals, social media, and networking
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their skills, experience, and suitability for bench positions
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for quick and efficient placements
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates, including rates and contract terms
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants on bench to ensure a steady flow of available resources
  • Track and report on the progress of bench candidates to management and clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position and market bench resources
