As a BENCH SALES RECRUITER, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent in the IT industry. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
