Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
