Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates on the bench for our clients. The ideal candidate must have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales and a strong understanding of the IT industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and its various technologies
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates on the bench
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates on the bench for various IT requirements
