We are looking for a BENCH SALES RECRUITER to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a BENCH SALES RECRUITER, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for our clients' bench positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting bench candidates
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential bench candidates through various sources such as job boards, networking, and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and fit for the bench positions
• Maintain a strong network of qualified candidates to meet the ongoing bench requirements of our clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align the bench candidates accordingly
• Negotiate and finalize the compensation terms with the selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure timely fulfillment of their bench requirements
