Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Telecaller with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis in Chandigarh or Mohali. Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IndiWork’s services and generate leads.
- Answer incoming calls from potential and existing clients, providing information on services and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain detailed call records and client information in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team objectives and enhance client acquisition efforts.
- Identify and evaluate client needs through engaging conversations to recommend tailored services.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to enhance service delivery and business strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge.
