Job Overview

IndiWork is seeking a motivated individual for a Lead Generation role. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for freshers to work in a dynamic environment from remote locations like Reoti, Hansi, Kurukshetra, or Delhi, anywhere in India. The employment type is Full-Time and Internship. The ideal candidate will have between 0 to 1 year of work experience and will be pivotal in identifying potential clients and generating leads for the business.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with email marketing tools is essential to craft compelling campaigns that attract and nurture leads effectively.
  • Understanding of SEO tools is crucial to optimize web presence and improve search engine rankings, leading to increased traffic.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to assess lead generation strategies and refine processes for better outcomes.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring models to prioritize potential clients based on engagement and likelihood of conversion.
  • Experience with content management systems for efficiently managing and updating website content in alignment with lead generation goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential leads through strategic research and networking using online resources and channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging new leads and maintaining relationships with existing ones to create a steady pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns designed to capture demographics and enhance lead conversion.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage lead information and track interactions for continuous improvement in customer relationship management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities and prepare reports for management review and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of online marketing events and initiatives to expand outreach and lead engagement.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive team environment focused on achieving targets and fostering strong partnerships with clients.
  • Fluent English working with the International Client
