Job Overview

We are looking for a Fresher Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time role based in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have between 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, market research, and building lasting client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research (Mandatory skill): Expertise in conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skill in maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas and engage with clients effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals and drive growth.
  • Lead Generation: Proficiency in identifying potential leads and prospects to expand the client base.
  • Presentation Skills: Competence in creating and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure new business deals and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
