Roles and Responsibilities:

Director – Implementation will have the following role and responsibilities

· People Manager for the Implementation Engg. team assigned. Motivate and mentor team on project mgmt.

· Understand and Execute ProHance Implementation Process with a business mindset

· Understand and track all data associated with Projects assigned

· Provide periodic updates on assigned projects including presenting status of projects to stakeholders

· Build good working relationship with external stakeholder (client leadership, client project manager and other project team members from client) and internal stakeholders (ProHance Leaders, Functional stakeholders, Implementation engineers)

· Collaborate with Sales Leadership in scoping Projects. Focus on the business perspective of projects

· Collaborate with Customer Success Teams for a seamless hand over during project closure

· Lead internal initiatives to improve implementation processes and any other associated process in the organization

· Openness to take up additional responsibilities based on organization need and business situation

· 15 yrs.+ of business experience comprising Project/Program Management, Quality, Business Process Management, People Management, Quality, Operations, Sales

· Managed Large Projects as a Project Manager with direct engagement with client

· Good understanding of Project Management Processes and any associated tools

· Managed a team of 10 members + during the professional journey

· Qualification should include Under Graduate degree / Engineering degree from a reputed institute

· MBA Degree from a premier institute. Quality Concepts (Lean Sigma) and/or Business process knowledge. Any certification in this area is preferred
