Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position involves driving sales initiatives for our rapidly growing food products. The ideal candidate will harness their expertise in developing sales strategies, managing teams, and analyzing markets, applying these skills to increase our market presence and drive revenue growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in developing effective sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team management skills to lead and motivate a sales team (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in market analysis for identifying trends and business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in customer relationship management for maintaining and enhancing client interactions.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and create valuable partnerships.
  • Ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address sales challenges and implement solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing training.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts and reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Implement initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and establish professional networks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company growth objectives.
