Job Overview
HMJ FOODS LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will hold a Senior position and be employed full-time. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategy, leading the sales team, and building robust customer relationships. If you are passionate about food and have a knack for sales, this is the role for you!
Responsibility:
- Responsible for Sales & marketing of the products.
- Responsible for routine follow-up with the prospective customers and replying customers for all contracts review activity.
- Responsible for all the contract/Order confirmation review matters and maintaining records for the same.
- To ensure that customer order is reviewed and clarified for the matter like;
ü Customer requirement are clearly defined and documented
ü Any deviation from the contract is resolved
ü Company can meet all the contractual requirement
ü Statutory and regulatory requirements related to the products
- To maintain records of amendments to the orders.
- To ensure that any differences between the contract order requirements and those in the order are resolved and records are maintained for the same.
- To provide feedback to the plant regarding all the contract/order matters.
- To collect the requirements for the products from the potential customer and penetrate the market.
- To ensure that documented procedures are followed.
- To ensure that all the requirements of the customers are satisfied and contracts are closed accordingly.
- To maintain all records of marketing and contract review.
- To ensure that customer feedbacks are taken regularly as part of system.
- To ensure that proper actions are taken based on customer feedback.
- To receive customer complaints if any & ensure proper follow up of the customer complaints is carried out.
- In case of absence of the Head – Sales & Marketing Production Head will be responsible for the job responsibilities as defined above and will co-ordinate with all departments and ensure smooth working throughout the organization.

- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
