Job Overview

HMJ FOODS LLP is seeking a Junior Maintenance professional to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. This role involves maintaining and servicing equipment, ensuring optimal operation through expert troubleshooting, repair, and preventative measures. The ideal candidate will contribute to our production efficiency and equipment reliability, aligning with our commitment to quality food manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
• implement preventive maintenance strategies, maintaining logs and tracking repairs to support future maintenance decisions.
• collaborate with production staff to ensure machinery meets safety and operational standards.
• order and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies on a regular basis.
• identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize operations.
• provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and operators.
• report and document maintenance activities, ensuring all actions are compliant with company policies and safety regulations.
