Responsibility:

-      Daily Production Planning along with GM – Operations.

-      Co–ordination between stores, production, Dispatch with accurate and timely information as required by the organization and provide feedback to customer as and when required.

-      Ensuring production is done as per documentation system.

-      Responsible for suitable controls necessary to prevent production of un-safe food.

-      Responsible for the hygiene & housekeeping in production area

-      Responsible for maintaining quality records related to production activity.

-      Responsible for segregations of conforming & non-conforming products.

-      Responsible for identifying training requirement of personnel involved in production and imparting training.

-      Responsible for maintenance of plant and machinery including preventive maintenance.

-      Responsible for maintaining and recording quality parameters as required for producing safe product.

-      Responsible for maintaining personnel hygiene in their area of work.

-      Collect, review, analyze & appropriate action in case of non-conforming products related to Quality deviation & Food safety deviations.

Participate & identify improvement opportunities for the production of the Food safety / Quality products.

Authority:

-      To control, coordinate and monitoring work order

-      Production Planning

-      Prepare delivery schedule of the product to supplier

-      Transport security of the product and timely deliver product to supplier.

-      To responsible for design and artwork of packing material and product approval from concerned dept. as well as customer requirements
