Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Export Sales Manager for our Ahmedabad location. This full-time senior position requires a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience. The role is pivotal in expanding our international footprint, driving export sales, and managing customer relationships across borders.
Qualifications and Skills
- International Sales experience with a proven track record in expanding markets across borders (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management, building and maintaining strong client partnerships (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth understanding of Export Regulations to ensure compliance and smooth international trade (Mandatory skill).
- Strong Market Research skills to identify opportunities and inform strategic sales decisions.
- Highly developed Negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favourable terms for the company.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management to ensure efficient and effective export processes.
- Understanding of Logistics to coordinate and oversee the transport and delivery of goods.
- Business Development acumen to drive growth and develop new market segments.
- Proven Experience in Frozen Food Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales targets in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all international export laws and regulations for smooth operations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients to drive business success.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize export processes and procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events to promote brand and products.
