Job Title: Investor Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years experience in support or customer success roles. This role entails interacting with investors to promptly address any concerns or queries. 


Location: Khar (W), Mumbai


Responsibilities:


  • Provide support  to existing and prospective investor clients regarding their investment on and usage of the IndiaP2P platform. 
  • Monitor and ensure compliance of investors with platform requirements, applicable regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of investor tickets raised.
  • Uphold the Company’s values amongst external and internal stakeholders


Requirements:


  • Graduate with good working knowledge on standard software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. IndiaP2P investors come from all over the country.
  • Good command over English is a must, proficiency in other languages is also very useful.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external parties.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in customer service roles - coordination, complaints handling, grievance redressal roles
