Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities

Financial Analyst with 5-8 years experience, Professionally qualified (prefer fully qualified but we can relax to partly qualified for promising candidates). Intermediate to advanced levels of Power BI knowledge is given additional weightage. 

Lead the continuous improvement and expansion of Financial and Operational reporting for Inspection Services.

Support the business through Global Best in Class Reporting that delivers timely and accurate information and insights to the Company Leadership, SDS, and Finance Teams.

Create and Manage Power BI Dashboards that enable process improvements which also leads to faster decision making

Ownership for operational periodic reporting that covers global activity to monitor and drive

a. Invoicing

b. Missing time

c. Hours and utilisation

d. Project Performance

e. Global FTE reporting

f. Debt and Accrued revenue

g. Consolidation and Adhoc reporting

Knowledge Skills And Competencies

Bachelor/Masters's degree in Finance related field with fully or partly qualified in any of the Professional Accounting Certifications like (ACCA/CIMA/CMA/CPA/ACA/CFA etc). Those who are pursuing these additional qualifications may also apply.

5+ Years of experience in an international finance function, including Shared Service Centre experience. Knowledge and Experience of Management Accounting is highly desirable.

Excellent Reporting skills within depth variance analysis.

Working knowledge of SAP ByD and BPC is preferred.

Good communication skills with ability to lead, influence, persuade.

MS Office skills including advanced Excel. Knowledge and working experience of Power BI will be highly beneficial.
