Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Import/Export Operations professional to join our team at Indiana International Corporation Flooring Pvt. Ltd. As an Import/Export Operations, you will be responsible for managing the import and export process, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in import/export operations. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and it is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in import/export operations
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and certification processes
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of EXIM procedures and regulations
• Experience in bonding and coordinating with custom agents
• Negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end import and export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and requirements
• Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, and certificates
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize import/export operations
• Stay updated with changes in import/export laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to import/export activities
