1.  IMPORT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Should know about purchase order

·     Should know know about bank payment & import advance payment

·     Loading unloading container

·     Should have knowledge of container shipment.

·     Should be able to do negotiation with freight forwarding company

·     Should see agent approval and quotation approval

·     Should be updated with loading date port discharge, EDD

·     Should be able to handle certification related to port ,shipment.

·     Coordination with Indian clearing agent and do document verification

·     Should be able to maintain bond and de-bond with custom agent

·     Check list cross check  

·      Knowledge about E-way billing and bond number and maintain inventory

·       Up-to date with inventory

·      Proper coordinate with warehouse , custom clearance agent .

·      Should have worked with all Exim documents like bills of lading, commercial paper, container book details, certificate of origin etc.,
