Job Overview


We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at INDIA INSURE RISK MANAGEMENT & INSURANCE BROKING SERVICES PVT. LTD. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with customized solutions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a level of experience required (1 to 3 years).


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in corporate sales preferably in insurance or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Take ownership of client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive and tailored insurance solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively advise clients
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and quotes to clients
  • Assist in claims processing and provide support during the claims settlement process
  • Participate in networking events and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and company targets
