Profile - Warehouse Operation Supervisor 

Qualification - Graduate with Computer Knowledge

Salary- Upto 2.5 Lac CTC 

Experience- Min. 6 month exp. in any warehouse or store or operation coordinator

Job Description

Oversees the day-to-day operations in a warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and cycle counts.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

Work closely with suppliers and clients to manage inbound and outbound shipments.

Monitor and manage operational costs, including labor, equipment, and utilities.

Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to warehouse operations.

Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
