Qualification - B.Tech + MBA

Experience - Min. 15 + yrs of experience Block in plant operations

Salary - Upto 40 LPA

Job Description

 Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvements in production.

Work closely with the executive leadership team to align block plant operations with overall business strategy.

Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth production flow.

Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Oversee the management of production schedules to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Maximize plant capacity by optimizing processes, resource utilization, and reducing waste.

Control operational costs and ensure adherence to the budget.

Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives where necessary.

Ensure financial performance metrics such as profit margins, revenue targets, and return on investment (ROI) are met.

Manage the plant management team (plant managers, supervisors, and production staff).

Develop talent by training and mentoring employees to improve skills and productivity.

Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all levels of the plant.
