Job Description
Analyze and evaluate tender documents to understand client requirements, including technical, financial, and legal specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, procurement, and sales) to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
Perform detailed cost estimation for materials, manufacturing, labor, and overheads.
Incorporate risk assessment and margin analysis in tender pricing.
Register and maintain profiles on government e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement systems).
Monitor government tenders and identify opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
Ensure adherence to public procurement guidelines, including GFR and CVC norms.
Prepare, manage, and submit technical and commercial documents, such as:
Bid security (EMD) documents.
Performance bank guarantees.
Financial statements and certifications (GST, ISO, MSME registration).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and compliance.
Negotiate terms and conditions with government agencies and private clients.
Handle order confirmations, contracts, and post-tender documentation.
Oversee project timelines, delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with tender specifications.
