Job Description
Maintain and Develop Client Relationships: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Identify and Engage New Clients: Actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Understand Customer Needs: Gaining a deep understanding of clients' requirements, providing solutions that meet their needs, and offering technical support when necessary.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Sales Planning: Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Handling contract negotiations, pricing, and closing deals in a way that maximizes profitability while meeting client expectations.
Product Expertise: Having comprehensive knowledge of the foundry processes, products (such as various metal alloys and casting techniques), and their applications.
Technical Guidance: Providing technical information and support to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of the foundry's products.
Collaborating with Engineering Teams: Working closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
