Qualification - Master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture or a related field

Salary For Fresher - Upto 4.2 Lac 

Salary For Experience - Upto 6 lac

Experience - Fresher (must exp. of 2 internship) to min. 3+ yrs construction industry  (simulation tools like Ecotect, eQuest, Revit, Rhino, and Ladybug tools , Familiarity with green building certifications such as IGBC, LEED, and GRIHA

Job Description

Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp In-depth knowledge of building design and construction principles, including sustainable materials.

● Understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as green building standards.

 Design and develop sustainable architectural plans and models using advanced

software.

● Utilize simulation tools like Ecotec, eques, Revit, Rhino, and Ladybug tools to assess

building performance and energy efficiency.

● Collaborate with construction teams to ensure the integration of sustainable materials

and practices.

● Guide projects through IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, or other green building certification

processes.

● Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and green building standards.

● Conduct building energy modeling and provide LEED consulting services.
