Qualification- B.Tech - electrical / civil

Experience- Min. 12+ yrs. same industry (min. 7 yrs. exp in construction plumbing and fire fighting)

Salary- Upto 5.4 LPA

Job Description

This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Electrical , Civil, and Plumbing and fire fighting aspects of projects. The role involves design review, project execution, compliance management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless MEP operations.

Assist in MEP design, estimation development and provide technical guidance to design and estimation construction teams.

Develop detailed engineering scopes of work and review consultant submissions.

Ensure all designs and installations comply with local and national engineering codes.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and project requirements.

 Support contractors by providing MEP-related guidance, review, and coordination.

Ensure material specifications meet quality standards and oversee testing/commissioning activities.

Monitor project budgets, optimize costs through value engineering and efficiency strategies.

Plan and schedule MEP resources to meet target timelines and project deadlines.

 Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Develop and evaluate engineering studies, specifications, and performance assessments to improve project efficiency.
