Seeking a Senior Architect with Mid-Level experience (4 to 6 years) to join DCS Group, a leading Educational and Career Consulting services company based in Jaipur, India. Full-time position in Bangalore with a team of 20 employees, specializing in Career Counselling, admissions, and placement services.

Qualifications and Skills

.Professional licensure (or in the process of obtaining) as an architect.

• AutoCAD/Revit/Sketchup proficiency
• Professional Licensure in architecture
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of Building Codes, Zoning Regulations, and Construction Practices
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong Leadership abilities
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and authorities

• Design and oversee the implementation of architectural projects
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and zoning requirements
