Job Overview

We are hiring a Site Engineer (MEPF Project) to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing MEPF projects, ensuring their successful implementation and completion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in MEPF project management
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Knowledge of project estimation, cost control, and quality assurance
• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute MEPF projects, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulations
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and material requirements
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Review and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
• Collaborate with the project team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
