Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sales & Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of sales operations and processes
• Experience in handling quotations and pricing negotiations
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of electrical products marketing is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell DCS Group's products and services to potential customers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct routine visits to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle quotation requests and negotiate pricing with customers
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and events
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
