JOB DESCRIPTION

Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competition.

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives

Client Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing potential clients to generate new business.

Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Processes: Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring it is efficient and effective.

Reporting: Preparing sales reports and forecasts for upper management, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

Marketing Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Event Management: Organizing and participating in open houses, trade shows, and other events to promote properties.
