Job Description


Candidate should have experience in Sales & Marketing Manager of preferably Heavy mechanical Equipment's used in Cement Plants 



Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the cement plant sector.

Identify key opportunities for growth and establish sales forecasts and budgets accordingly.


Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Utilize insights to refine sales tactics, product positioning, and business development efforts.


Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within cement plants.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.


Product Promotion and Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional campaigns, sales materials, and presentations tailored to the cement industry.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to showcase products and expand network.


Technical Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment used in cement plants, including crushers, mills, kilns, and conveying systems .

Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams regarding product specifications, applications, and installations.


Sales Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement and achievement.


Budget Management:

Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring ROI on promotional activities and initiatives.
