Experience- Min. 9 + yrs in ALC Wall Panel sales

Job Description

Maintain a deep understanding of ALC wall panel properties, benefits, and installation techniques.

Provide technical support and education to the sales team and customers to effectively communicate the advantages of ALC panels.

Oversee the management of large sales contracts and construction projects involving ALC wall panels.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet project timelines and specifications.

Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and delivery schedules.

Address any supply chain issues that could impact sales and customer satisfaction.

Develop and manage the sales department budget, including forecasting and expenditure tracking.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and financial summaries to senior management.

conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the ALC wall panel sector.

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.

NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
