Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and actively seeking out new sales leads.
• Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
