Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends .

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement .Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear targets for the sales team.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
