Job Description

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.

Analyze data on local real estate market conditions, customer preferences, and economic indicators to support strategic decision-making.

Identify target demographics, locations, and project types that align with company objectives. Develop strategies for lead generation, including networking, outreach, and attending industry events.

Identify and approach potential clients, investors, brokers, and partners.

Use various sources, such as social media, industry publications, and referrals, to generate new business leads. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and other industry stakeholders.

Maintain regular communication to understand client needs and provide ongoing support and updates.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
