Qualification - B.Tech - civil / mechanical / electrical

Experience - Min. 7 + yrs as a maintenance head (knowledge of STP , Electrical panels ) 

Salary - Upto 7.2 lac

Location - Jodhpur (Rajasthan)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Management: Leading, training, and supervising the maintenance team, including technicians and support staff.

Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans for the maintenance team.

Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently.

Work Scheduling: Scheduling maintenance activities to minimize disruption to operations and ensure timely completion.

Inspections and Repairs: Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs.

System Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
