Job Description

Preparing detailed cost estimates based on project designs, material specifications, and market rates.

Establishing project budgets and ensuring that all expenditures align with the set budget throughout the project.

Advising on cost-effective solutions to meet client requirements.

Drafting, evaluating, and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.

Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and managing any variations or amendments to contracts.

Monitoring contractual obligations, claims, and payments.

Preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and schedules of rates.

Evaluating bids and tenders from contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Recommending the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
